Honey Pomelo
 Honey pomelo is a kind of traditional precious fruit produced in Pinghe of Fujian Province, tribute to the court in the Qing Dynasty, and has a history of 500 years of cultivation. Pinghe is known as “No.1 county of Chinese Pomelo". Owing to better semitropical climate condition, Honey Pomelo is fruitful and juicy with delicious sweet and sour taste. The flesh is rich in lycopene, also contains magnesium, calcium, copper, iron, aluminum and another 10 kinds of mineral element beneficial to humans, capable of regulating the body metabolism of the effect and awe-inspiring natural health food products.Every year the pomelo tree will blossom out from February to the end of April and bear fruits between April and the end of Aug. The fruits become ripe and are harvested between Sep and Dec (owing to trees planted in places of different height, harvest in low altitude will be earlier and harvest will be later in higher altitude, so from the beginning of Septmper, we can always find the fresh Pomelo from the market.). The pomelo is seedless, mild, succulent and always with a rich fragrance of honey. Juice of the pomelo is sweet and sometimes with a little sour, its particular pleasant taste usually makes you want to have another piece especially winter season.
